The reason being that I have made on time payments, however they were not used to pay my balance, instead they were placed on my escrow account. My mortgage payment on XX/XX/XXXX was not moved to pay my account as the taxes that year have changed. I called the same month to try to pay the balance, but was told I could not do that, that a check would be sent to my with my payment and I would have to make another payment with the entire amount. I have never received said check. Since then, XXXX has reported my payments being late, even though I have always made on-time payments ( I have set up automatic draft from my bank ). I continued calling XXXX to try make corrections since XXXX!. In XX/XX/XXXX, I again spoke to a representative and they were supposed to move the payment from XX/XX/XXXX ( which was in a reserve account and not applied to my monthly bill ) into my monthly bill payment, Again, this did not occur. I tried calling again to get this fixed, and each time a representative would come up with a different solution but nothing was done. Finally on XX/XX/XXXX, I got through a representative that corrected the issue. They stopped the late fees, moved my payments from XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX from reserves into account payment. Now my account is balanced. More than a year later! This has greatly affected me. XXXX Mortgage has been reporting late payments for over a year to all three credit agencies, which has damaged my credit score. Furthermore, I have been charged with late fees that should not be there. I have contacted XXXX in writing on XX/XX/XXXX, as well as the 3 credit buraus, XXXX has denied any wrong doing. I have NOT been late on my payments from XX/XX/XXXX to the present. Also, I though there was supposed to a cushion in Escrow account to prevent any changes in payments.
