WELLS FARGO Fraud on my card and checking account cause credit reporting problems to all the bureaus and agencies resulting in low credit scores and unable to further have finances to operate business as normal. The amount is a XXXX and I've been dealing with this fraud claims with Wells Fargo the original claim date is XX/XX/2020. Wells Fargo close my account and then sent me a letter A year later stating that they're going to reopen my account every time I call in reference with my claim number they tell me sorry your account has been closed and we can not help you but then I will call hours later I speak to someone else from Wells Fargo and they will read my file and tell me this has to do with the high dollar claims team and we will contact you if not they will contact you within 2 to 3 business days this has been going on for about a year and a half due to covid my business doors had to shut and currently in a shelter and have lost everything because of this ongoing claim that Wells Fargo will not solve or resolve thank you please have a blessed day contact me atXXXX XXXX PLEASE HELP ME
