I sent 4 letters regarding my credit report to each bureau and to the collector themselves. XX/XX/2021 was the last one I sent. I haven't checked my credit in awhile prior and noticed a collections accounts ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ) show up on my report. I've called them several times to dispute the wrong information being reported and I either get disconnected or the run around to figure out how this account is on my report. Every time I call in to explain that I've sent in my letters multiple times, the reply is they haven't gotten it. its been about 3 1/2 months since at least ONE response even after calling. I have no clue what else to do and I feel like there won't be a resolution because they keep saying they haven't received anything. This account needs to be removed because I am not liable for this debt nor do I owe anything on these accounts I've never had a contract with. The false information on my report is unfair. Please help me figure this out, I'm out of options and frustrated that its been almost 4 months now. These letters feel useless at this point and I've been spending extra money to have my letters overnight to each credit bureau and the collections agencies themselves. I understand that bureaus and collections agencies can make mistakes but it is very frustrating. I went as far as taking pictures of receipts and letters because they keep saying they haven't received anything. Please help me
