I have sent OFFICIAL NOTICE to TRANSUNION on multiple occasions that the account below is in litigation and should be immediately deleted from my credit profile. I have sent court letterhead documents with case number - XXXX - as evidence. TRANSUNION was notified to immediately CEASE reporting the litigated account below on the following dates : XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021 & XX/XX/2021. *** XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This account is in litigation. PLEASE DELETE *** XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Civil Action NO. XXXX commenced litigation on XX/XX/2021. TRANSUNION has refused to delete the account above which is in litigation. On XX/XX/2021, at XXXX EST, I was able to call in and get almost 50 min of conversation with Transunion agent XXXX on a recorded line. Although Transunion agent XXXX wouldnt give me permission to release OUR recording just yet I collected enough verbal evidence to prove TransUnions willful and negligent noncompliance towards my multiple dispute notices regarding the litigated XXXX account currently reporting on XXXX XXXX credit profile.
