I received a notification about my credit score for Experian. The score has declined XXXX points this year and I have been paying my bills on time. Additionally the wrong information has been given regarding my name, address and employment status on my credit report has changed drastically since last month. I tried to make contact with Experian twice regarding the matter. The second time I did reach a representative but was told that the disputes department would have to handle the matter and that they were restricted by the disputes department from assisting in getting the issues resolved. More important I was informed that the disputes department placed a restriction to prevent my ability to file a dispute and that the disputes department would have to answer the questions that I had regarding my credit report. I was transferred to the disputes department and requested to speak with a supervisor regarding my concerns. The agent in the disputes department that accepted my asked for my social security number and stated that she MUST have it and be told the reason for my request for a supervisor in order to transfer. I gave a very brief explanation then heard her type a lot of information. The agent then stated " I will transfer you to a supervisor '' and disconnected the call. I tried the XXXX number I had been given by the previous department and it reached the automated system again.
