I have sent in several disputes, FTC 's letters. I have called many times to resolve these issues with the creditor and credit bureaus. I have been told that the supporting documents that I have sent in have been thrown out serval times. There have been re-investigations multiple times with no resolutions it has been well over 45 days I have also ask for verification of how they have validated these accounts and I have gotten no proof and no responses on how the credit reporting agencies have validated these fraudulent and inaccurate accounts at this point I have contacted my attorney XXXX XXXX as he will be representing me on my behalf due to the failure of the deletion and removal of these fraudulent and inaccurate accounts from my credit report as well as the credit reporting agencies absolutely disregarding the FCRA LAW AND CFPB LAW.
