I made a payment to payoff the loan on XX/XX/21 as there is an option under the make a XXXX time payment for additional principal payments and payoff quotes. I paid what the amount was. I went back to check the account on XX/XX/21 and it showed I had a balance. I called the office and spoke with a representative who told me payoffs could not be paid online although the option was there. So I made the final payment with interest included with the representative over the phone and was assured the payment would process and Id have a XXXX balance. I checked the account once more and its now showing I have a balance due of {$1.00} and to payoff would be {$1.00}. I have called and emailed to have the situation resolved with no success. The company is practicing in deceptive tactics to continuously receive extra payments for errors in their payment processing.
