My loan was transferred to UWM loan servicing. There was a problem with the first payment being processed between the servicer and my bank. The servicer never contacted me by email or phone. When I went to make the following payment I realized the payment wasn't processed correctly. I then made XXXX payments at once to get the account satisfactory. Under the law I'm granted a 60 day grace period from being reported late or incurring any late fees. UWM continually reports me 30 days past due to the credit bureaus. They refuse to update my account to current with no late pays. I have made several attempts to work with UWM servicing to get this rectified. Please work with them to get my payment history reported correctly.
