I spoke with the fraud department XXXX XXXX of this year and they assured me the inaccurate information would be removed by the close of the week and I would receive some type of verbal or email follow up. Neither has been done and I am ready to press charges. The person on this case stated on a recorded line he sees what happens and that I was opened up by a XXXX XXXX a member with their credit union.
