Debt collection company Credence Resource Management is reporting on my credit a debt of {$180.00} for XXXX. Upon review of my credit reports, I reached out to each credit bureau by mail on XX/XX/2021 requesting validation of the debt. In response they stated that the debt was verified, however, did not supply any additional information to me proving such. I then reached out to XXXX, requesting the method of verification on XX/XX/2021 to the credit bureaus and was told I could reach out to Credence Resource Management directly. I sent another letter directly to Credence Resource Management on XX/XX/2021 requesting proper validation of debt. In response, I received a letter dated XX/XX/2021 stating that the dispute was received, and verified as valid, but no proof was provided. They then proceeded in request for me to call them directly by phone. But why, when I have established communication in writing by mail? I have provided ample time and numerous opportunities for this company to provide proof that I am responsible for this debt, and after months of reaching out, I still have not received anything.
