I had XXXX fraudulent transactions from my Wells Fargo checking account amounting to {$730.00} between XXXX. My wallet was stolen I immediately filed a police report and disputed the fraudulent transactions. After XXXX days, I was notified that my claim was denied after an extensive investigation. They're saying it was because my pin was used, in which I have no knowledge to how it could be used. I was also told there is no appealing process and the case is closed. The decision is unacceptable in my eyes because I have no clue how it could have been a thorough investigation after me making contact immediately and filing a police report immediately. There is nothing that I wasn't willing to do to help the investigation. Wells Fargo didn't keep in contact throughout to give an updated or communicate what could help. The decision was just made on the 10th day which seems rushed.
