I have a reverse with Novad that has a balance I would like to withdraw and have trying to reach the HECM department for 2 months calling daily and trying different phone numbers and email addresses researched through the internet and have not been able to speak with a single person only reach robotic answering systems or get emails rejected. Thie money is mine and I would appreciate being able to receive it. If you can get someone or advise of a correct contact information it would be greatly appreciated.
