On XX/XX/2021 XXXX added a derogatory mark on my credit report for {$3400.00} per XXXX XXXX and Experian. Upon, further research, this account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Debtor 's creditor did not verify this collection in the 30 days it was suppose to take. Also there was NO written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say its mine .According to the FCRA 623, XXXX has violated my rights and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account immediately. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists.
