Since XXXX 2021 I have been contacting this company via letter regarding my issue. HIPPA was broken when speaking with a representative! I did NOT sign HIPPA forms to authorize this company to access my medical records. Therefore HIPPA was violated and I am seeking legal action if the issue isnt resolved!
