Chime states they pay 2 days early. The way it normally works, my payroll processes and I am credited in my Chime account 2 days later. On XX/XX/21 my payroll processed. I had {$100.00} set up on direct deposit with Chime and the funds posted in my Chime account on XX/XX/21. Since that direct deposit was successful, I tried again because I have a disconnect notice for my lights on which I am on a deferred payment plan and can not be late with my payment. I scheduled {$270.00} to deposit to Chime who said the only day they were not processing was XX/XX/21. My payroll processed on XX/XX/21. Chime states Friday XX/XX/21 was not a bank holiday for them. Here it is XX/XX/21 and I still do not have my funds available in Chime. I called and customer service knows nothing only tells me what I can see, the money is not there. I am being told to call my job and I confirmed a direct deposit for {$270.00} was processed to go to Chime on XX/XX/21.
