Last year I discovered a false account with XXXX FIN reporting on my file because of identity theft. I contacted the credit bureaus about it and they told me to file a dispute and a identity theft report with the Federal Trade commission. I submitted the dispute a the report but XXXX XXXX and denied the claim. This is not my debt. It has been removed on XXXX and TransUnion. I have been cooperative with everything asked of me to dispute but XXXX XXXX and refuses to stop reporting. Please investigate and help me resolve this issue. There is no way I willing to pay a debt that is not mine.
