It is a crime to threaten lawsuit with no intention of doing so, therefore you can take heed that I am very serious about filing suit against your company. I have sent XXXX previous letters to you, all by certified mail requesting that you remove inaccurate information from my file due to IDENTITY THEFT and you have failed to do so. I sent in documents to your company several times and I was told that my documentation did not follow your criteria, but when asked the correct criteria or what I was missing, I was told that you were unable to tell me. You also stated that the creditor validated that the accounts were valid. Accordingly, I can show a judge that your agency is in violation of several laws, XXXX being 15 U.S.C. 1692g. They were to notify me of this in writing XXXX days prior, I was not. As the original creditor, only I can validate this debt, no one else can state they have proof this debt is valid. I do not validate this debt and it is a result of identity theft. Therefore, the following accounts must be deleted from my report. that I was a victim of Identity theft and that you violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by ignoring my requests to block/delete this information My previous letters all sent by certified mail stated my reasons and these reasons were not frivolous in any way. I filed a police report, a FTC report and contacted the CFPB to no avail. If this final request does not prompt you to delete the below accounts in question, I will file a civil suit in my county for damages and you can travel to defend yourself.
