I have called multiple times from XX/XX/2021 thru XX/XX/2021 to make a payment. I can not reach a live person. When I try to make the payment it keeps kicking my off and now they have added multiple late fees. Sallie Mae is the absolute worst company I have every in my life dealt with. I do not know what I need to do at this point because I can not speak to anyone. I was on hold for over an hour and never got anywhere!!!!
