Consumer Narrative
TCF bank was converted to Huntington bank. I closed my account in XX/XX/2021 and since then I have not received my fund. Its been around XXXX months and no clear response or plan. I have called them multiple times ( more than XXXX times ) and visited branch also. Branch manager also wrote an email to their internal department and still no response. Very poor customer service and I have wasted my multiple hours in pure mental agony in this matter without any solution.
