I am XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. Equifax Credit bureau has failed to respond about the removal of the erroneous information about my inquiry. Sending them the last complaint dated from XX/XX/2021 to the present, I have not received any response up to this date. On the other hand, inaccuracies about my inquiry are continuously reported on my Credit Report. Therefore, Equifax failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time permitted by law and continued reporting as unverified information.
