I applied for a program that im more than qualified for to lower my monthly payments. XXXX XXXX in XXXX and current have bills that is more than I make. I called Sallie Mae and spoke to a women who gave me XXXX options I chose a option to lower my monthly payment and interest. She took a {$50.00} payment and setup XXXX additional payment arrangement. A week later im getting emailed by these XXXX XXXX again saying im denied. I want the plan I applied for. XXXX unemployed due to XXXX and will not be making any payments on this account.
