Hello, I opened a credit card with American Express on XX/XX/2021 ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). the card had a bouns offer of XXXX miles after spending XXXX $ in XXXX months. I meet all these requirements. I called American express today ( XX/XX/2021 to see why I did not receive the bonus offer. They told me that I was no longer eligible even though I meet the requirements for the bonus points. This is fraudulent activity by American express. You can not offer someone an offer then deiced to not to offer it.
