Consumer Narrative

I am submitting this complaint myself. There is no third party involved. This submission is an addition to the complaint I mailed in already against this company. I entered into a consumer close-end credit transaction with this company along with the dealership XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX also known as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021 for which the contract I was given lacks multiple disclosures and there are some billing errors that need to be fixed : XXXX. Billing error # XXXX in the contract is the number of payments and the amount of payments. Under Regulation Z also known as XXXX, the itemization of payments should mirror the finance charge amount as it is the dollar amount the credit will cost me ; 2. The XXXX billing error can be seen on the XXXX XXXX ( The amount of credit provided to me or on my behalf ). The company should provide additional clarification, including documentary evidence, of the procedures used to come up with these itemized amounts in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( GAAP ) and Generally accepted auditing standards ( GAAS ) ; 3. Another possible error is the Seller-Creditor section of the contract where this company is not listed as the creditor ; 5. There was no diclosure or forms provided to practice my right to rescind in accordance with 12 CFR 1026.23 ; 6. There was a lack of disclosure about the finance charge in accordance with 12 CFR 1026.4, including not disclosing that it shall include all interest, downpayment, service fees, etc. and that the finance charge shall be the sum of all charges ; Learning these things after the consummation of the transaction, I took the following steps : 1. I provided both companies my notice of rescission of signatures within the timeframe allowed as specified in 12 CFR 1026.23 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( i ) ; 2. I provided both companies a notice of billing error in accord with Regulation Z, 12 CFR 1026.13 ( b ) ; The effects of rescission as required in accord with 12 CFR 1026.23 ( d ) have not been performed or notified/delivered to me, and I have not received further communication addressing any other points on this matter. Copy of the contract referenced above is attached.
