Capital One - $ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, original charge for concert at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX concert postponed, requested refund through XXXX XXXX- who tickets were purchased through XXXX XXXX No refund, disputed charge with XXXX XXXX They gave a temp credit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reversed credit and rebilled stating that XXXX XXXX said it is a valid charge, same time XXXX XXXX also recharged me {$640.00}. XXXX and also credited me $ XXXX Still leaving the original charge from XXXX on my credit card. Contacted both companies, with no resolve. XXXX XXXX stated it is a XXXX issue and XXXX said they already credited us- which is true but then rebilled us the same exact date, leaving a charge of XXXX from XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX since we had no resolve we said we will just go to the concert XXXX XXXX concert postponed again, refilled for a new refund. XXXX XXXX XXXX denied our refund stating we were already issued XXXX. XXXX XXXX Contacted XXXX XXXX again to dispute charge- They refuse to dispute charge stating they have already done everything they can do and the merchant needs to refund us. XXXX XXXXXXXX tried to contact XXXX stadium again- no response. I am here as I have exhausted all other options to get my XXXX back.
