I've called Experian Dispute Center via telephone number XXXX on Monday, XX/XX/2021 at approximately XXXX EST and Talked to a Specialist by the name of XXXX XXXX I've asked XXXX, how Experian scores are calculate and how it arrives at XXXX XXXX score on my report, when both XXXX and XXXX are showing a XXXX score of XXXX and XXXX respectively. I asked her, how could the scores are so far off when the other Credit Reporting Agencies has the same information! The specialist couldn't provide an answer nor a specific link from its own website. And when I asked to be transfer to a Supervisor or a Manager, she just said " there's no one to speak with besides me ''. Furthermore, I asked her if debt to income ratio is under 4 % and my credit utilization is under 3 %, how do you explain such a low score.
