Hello I have reached out to Caine & Weiner several times requesting debt validation and have received no response and they continue to report inaccurate information on my report which is a violation of the XXXX and violation of the Fair Debt collection practice. This company is violating my consumer rights and causing defamation of character making it difficult for me to purchase a home. XXXX and XXXX removed the account and it came back a few days later like a brand new account. Still no debt validation no contract or anything bearing my signature that I owe them anything. I have not done business or signed anything with Caine & Weiner. If I have done business with them why is it so hard to validate the debt that I have wrote several letters requesting this information. My claim continues to be ignored and this is a violation of my consumer rights if I owe the debt please show me validation of the alleged claim.
