On XX/XX/2020, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX owed does not belong to me. The Medial Day Systems company failed to disclose validation of account. Disputes have been made to all credit reporting agencies. XXXX removed the account, but XXXX and XXXX failed to remove the account after disputing that account does not belong to me. These agencies also did not provide any information regarding their findings. XXXX and XXXX did not provide any documentation and failed to remove these accounts off of my credit report in the timeframe of the federal law. According to the FCRA, this company and credit bureaus have violated my rights as a consumer.
