Equifax my.Equifax.com doesnt properly work and they are STEALING money from me monthly. Their customer service agents are TERRIBLE. They make it extremely difficult to get the assistance you need as a consumer. I have been waiting for over 3 months to get a refund back and they still havent provided me my funds back. The site hasnt worked properly for me since I have signed up with Equifax. Paying {$27.00} for a product that doesnt work as expected and is stealing. I havent been able to properly unlock my credit report for over a month. I opened case XXXX and then I was told 3-5 business days for it to be fixed. I called after that window on today and I sat on the phone over an HOUR trying to get help with this issue. This is the most awful experience I have had and Equifax should be ashamed of themselves stealing from consumers and not taking their customers serious. Equifax clearly doesnt value the customers you shouldnt have to authenticate XXXX times before getting assistance. You have to authenticate through the phone system, then when you get on the phone with an agent you have to give your social security number, name, address, DOB, Phone number, email address. Then you have to answer XXXX questions on your credit report and they STILL want you to send in your license even AFTER it has been sent in the last 30 days. This is absolutely awful and you STILL cant get the help you need. Also, the credit report doesnt update daily as it says it does on the site. Which is false advertisement I want my money back IMMEDIATELY for EVERY MONTH OF SERVICE I HAVE PAID FOR THIS TERRIBLE service.
