NOTE : I did in fact pay the last month mortgage payment late ( XXXX suggested at closing the amount of payoff would reflect the last months payment, with late fee. Keep the cash on hand, " pay the late fee '', {$50.00} vs {$1300.00}, no brainer! Check copy attached I am not depositing the {$50.00} check. Check sent in error. Letter from Loan Depot XXXX still need more time to " research ''. How long do I need to wait? My XXXX keeps stating the Loan Depot owes ... ... ..I am owed {$6000.00}, difference of cost paid and closing vs. cost of payoff, see attached docs from ID XXXX. I ask you? How long of a wait should a paying consumer wait?
