I have ALWAYS had insurance, I go to the ER, had my insurance card and I get a call maybe a month later from a collections company about the ER bill, I explain I was / am fully insured and they did an " investigation '' that we all know is a lie because they are paid by their client not me... never heard anything back and it ended up on my report. Disputed it XXXX times and since all MY info matches it " valid '' in reality this has stopped me from getting credit and on my latest vehicle raised my interest. This only happened because their " client '' was too lazy to run my insurance and decided to bill me and when I challenged it they didn't care.. this is PURE 100 % fraud Worth noting that XXXX saw my evidence ( which I will upload here ) and removed it from my report, rightfully so
