Despite the multiple previous written requests, the unverified accounts listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The Equifax Credit Bureau failed to comply with Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of erroneous information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
