I rented an apartment and once given access discovered that it was roach infested and covered in XXXX. I gave the apartment complex multiple chances to fix the situation and they did not. I filed with Chime bank to reverse the charge of {$1200.00} on my credit card for goods and services not as described. Chime failed to protect me under the consumer rights act. I have an auto immune disorder, I can not live in roach infestation and XXXX everywhere, nor should I suffer financial loss due to the apartment complex negligence. Chime should have protected me under the consumer rights act.
