I tried to point out two errors to my loan company to no avail. Submitted proof of errors and still no one responds to me. Instead they did opposite and increased mortgage by {$400.00} dollars. My first error was my homeowners insurance. This was picked by Broker who got my loan. That homeowners insurance was XXXX XXXX. However, I chose to change to another company once I closed to XXXX homeowners because they give good discounts to veterans. I Submitted this to caliber home loans, my loan company, and to this day, it still shows like I have XXXX XXXX along with XXXX even though I canceled XXXX XXXXXXXX and got refunded from them. Moving forward, I asked for escrow analysis for my mortgage to go down because my XXXX premiums are much less than the original homeowners insurance XXXX XXXX. However, Instead of decreasing, they shot up {$400.00} dollars more. When I investigated further, I realized that caliber home loans went and paid the property taxes for the year when they were not supposed to because my escrow company had already done so for the year. This left my escrow account account in the negative {$1900.00}. I Submitted the documents that was given to me by XXXX XXXX which is my escrow company to caliber home loans and no one wants to address the issue. I was told that they were aware of the mistake, but in response to that, they went ahead and did a new escrow analysis with my escrow being negative {$1900.00} knowing full well that it was not supposed to be in the negative. And with that, their new mortgage calculations are with me having 2 homeowners insurance companies when I had already canceled one. Please help me rectify this situation. All I want is for them to reverse what they did and bring my mortgage back to where it should be with the right information. I thank you in advance for your time and assistance. From XXXX XXXX
