I had a loan serviced by XXXX which I had complained earlier about taking almost a year to clear the forbearance issue. They placed the payments at the end of the mortgage after I cleared forbearance then even gave me a higher interest rate. At the end of the process they sold my mortgage to Midland Mortgage after I complied with all of their requests. Now Midland Mortgage who JUST took over the loan XX/XX/XXXX is telling me that I owe them a {$1000.00} payment for XXXX of 2021 when the loan was with XXXX and I complied 100 % with Dovenmuhle during the process and XXXX told me that ALL I had to do was pick up the new payment this month with Midland. I feel that Im a victim of both Midland Mortgage and XXXX who both did a very poor and unprofessional job. I should not owe Midland Mortgage for a forbearance that was approved and negotiated with XXXX. Midland just took over the mortgage XX/XX/XXXX so how am I responsible for XX/XX/XXXX when XXXX approved this already?
