I tried to use my " Albert '' prepaid debit card on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX at the gas station. The transaction kept failing. I checked the account funds were/are available however it shows " your card is currently unavailable ''. It usually shows the virtual card however now it doesn't show any information other than my name. I have sent text messages, emails, called XXXX XXXX called customer service. You can't speak to anyone about your account, refers you to the app to send email or text. My direct deposit goes into this account, I can't buy food, get my medication or pay my rent. No one has responded to me. Please help me with this.
