In the month of XX/XX/XXXX {$3300.00} was auto-payed from my checking account to my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in error without my consent. I consented to only {$200.00} weekly to be auto-payed. XXXX XXXX weekly deducted a total of at least {$400.00} weekly in 2 separate withdraws and in some weeks as much as {$700.00}. I contacted customer service on XX/XX/XXXX to request a refund in the amount of {$2500.00} the amount that exceeds what I consented to be payed. I was told a check in that amount would be mailed to my home address and to allow 7-10 business days. The representative also stated that since a recent update there have been many issues with the mobile app and to no longer utilize it. After canceling all recurring payments, on XXXX {$400.00} more was withdrawn from my account and I was forced to place a stop payment on all further debits from Toyota Financial. On XX/XX/XXXX after never having received the check I called for a 2nd time and was told my refund had never been processed. The representative at that time assured me she would resolve the issue and issue the refund and to allow 7-10 additional business days. As of today XX/XX/XXXX I have not received a refund and have resorted to filing this complaint.
