The firm ALDOUS AND ASSOCIATES is again reporting a collection of 129.00 to my account in error. First in XX/XX/2021 and now in XX/XX/2021. ALDOUS AND ASSOCIATES is stating they are representing XXXX XXXX regarding this reoccurring dispute. While XXXX XXXX has emailed me twice, stating there is an error and not much money is owed this has not stopped ALDOUS AND ASSOCIATES from taking my credit score from XXXX to low XXXX. We need XXXX XXXX to do a much better job in protecting its client from fraudulent claims and negative impact to their financial livelihood.
