I, XXXX XXXX the consumer have sent multiple dispute letter to Equifax stating the removal of all accounts attached to my credit file. Apparently the do no follow the Fair Credit Reporting Act because information put on my report that I never gave written consent for. At this stage in my life I am starting a family and they have me XXXX up, I would like to purchase a house but because of my credit report it is causing me great stress just to get help purchasing it. I recently sent the another notice as of XX/XX/21 via certified mail, including a bill of particulars in the amount of 48,000 $ for multiple violations that have occurred. The blatant disrespect to me as the consumer has given me no other choice but to file this complaint. They are not following the upholding Fair Credit Reporting Act at all. It is not fair to me and my family, this is the last step I take before going to court.
