Unfortunately I was not able to receive the name of the woman addressing incoming phone calls do to her lack of respect and disregard of properly identifying herself. I made an attempt to contact and receive information to understand how they come to the conclusion of their calculations with the sum of : {$1500.00} Which is completely and absolutely inaccurate from XXXX and XXXX that is reporting {$1500.00}. Also on XXXX the original creditor is reporting {$1500.00} Also its clear the account is closed but was updated on : XX/XX/XXXX as an open account.
