There is a medical bill from XXXX reporting a collection on XXXX of my credit reports. The bill is from the birth of my XXXX in XX/XX/2018. At the time I was admitted into the hospital I was covered under VA insurance for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also added my daughter to my employer 's XXXX plan and it was back-dated to her date of birth. Additionally, I was in bankruptcy at the time of her birth. The collections is under XXXX and XXXX and says the original debt was incurred this year, which it wasn't. This debt should have been disclosed XXXX years ago, but I am just being billed for it this year. All of the previous claims that XXXX has sent me were handled by the VA. I have documentation to prove my claims and somehow the Transunion and XXXX are claiming that the debt is valid and correctly reported.
