A company named XXXX XXXX is reporting an account on my XXXX, TRANSUNION AND XXXX XXXX report. 15 US Code 6802 disclosures thats financial institution may not directly or through and affiliate ( XXXX, TRANSUNION, XXXX ) disclose any personal information. I did NOT give and written communication to report any such information. 12 CFR appendix B states that a company must displace notice of reporting information ; that was not provided. 15 US code 1692 states without my consent the consumer may not communicate in connection with any debt.
