Indeed, I have never been to XXXX, Michigan in all my life. However, for some strange reason, the XXXX agent to whom I was speaking did not seem to care even when I informed her that I have been in XXXX, Texas during the time the person with a similar name was receiving medical care in XXXX. The agent eventually hang up the phone on me.
