I receive a response in the mail from Equifax which stated that they had verify inaccurate accounts on my consumer report. I would like to state that Equifax has violated my rights as a protected consumer. Equifax has violated 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) which states that I have a right to privacy as a consumer. My privacy has been breach because I never gave Equifax any consent to report these inaccurate accounts. Equifax has also violated 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) which states that I the consumer have to give Equifax written consent to furnish anything on my consumer report. I the consumer never gave Equifax any written consent to report anything on my consumer report. No consent is Identity Theft. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( e ) Equifax is suppose to personal interviews with my neighbors, friends, or associates of me. They are suppose to also not report factual information on a consumer report from a creditor. Equifax 's has not interview anyone who personally knows me which make this a violation because they have to interview these people to know my personal reputation. When Equifax reports payment information from a creditor this is personal information which is also a violation. Equifax is also in violation of 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) which states that what should be excluded from a consumer report " any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device. '' Under 15 USC 1681 a credit card is define as the same thing under section 1602 ( I ) which states that " The term credit card means any card, plate, coupon, book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. I would like to state my social security card is my credit card which is also the credit card I used to begin every consumer transactions which I have listed in the attachments. Equifax has also violated 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) which states the banking system depends on accurate and fair credit reporting because inaccurate credit reports will directly impair the efficiency of the banking system and will undermine mine the public confidence which is needed so that the banking system can function. Equifax has being reporting inaccurate balance for accounts that I have label in the attachments. While Equifax continues to report these accounts they have cause injuries to me which consist of denial of credit, loss of income, XXXX and XXXX XXXX
