XX/XX/2021 XXXX a.m. Aspire Credit ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX I talked to a account specialist named XXXX that works for Aspire. I requested that my card be fit to use for XXXX pay. He told me I needed to send 2 forms of ID, I told him I didn't want to send my info to a random person in a department and didn't see the need to because I've been using the card, I've made numerous verifications and I'm the sole user of the card. Also, I initiated the request to add my card to XXXX pay ; so for my account to be suspended because I didn't want to send my own information shows abuse of authority by a low tier subordinate. I feel I'm being discriminated by aspire because of ethnicity. I'm always having to verify purchases ( usually my card will decline and I have to verify the charge over txt ... .and usually that takes a hour for the txt to come thru to my phone ). It very repetitive and it's not requested. Also XXXX is a low tier account specialist ; he shouldn't be allowed to make these type of decisions. His English is way too broken and seems very XXXX in how he structures and forms his words. I could barely understand him. XXXX also talked to reps over chat to explain my situation. One had disconnected our chat.
