I loaned XXXX from cash net, they removed payment every week at high interest rate.. when I realized the money was gwtting too much they remove, I decided to make the full payment.. On XX/XX/2021, I called the cashnet USA XXXX to ask for the full amount I owe. Which includes all charges, interest and all. The representative told me XXXX ( their calls are recorded to confirm this ), I made the full payment the representative quoted me after severalconfirmation that was all the payments. Weeks later I got a call that i am owing almost half of what I paid. I have called them several times to address this issue and nobody as been able to resolve this. Twice I was told they will file a complaint and call me back but all they do is call me back to ask for their payment. I simply asked your company to listen to the call and verify I made all the payment but they said sorry the lady may have made a mistake. I consider this fraud by trying to collect more from me because their interest will not be as much since I paid the full early. Pls help me intervene.
