I received a bill for {$79.00} from XXXX XXXX which I believe I did not owe. I submitted a dispute through my bank and XXXX, which I won as XXXX ended up agreeing to the dispute in my favor. After resolving this dispute, however, I was harassed and called by XXXX nearly every single day for several months requesting this same money that they agreed to drop during my XXXX dispute. They have now sent this to a XXXX XXXX called Sunrise Credit Services. I sent the XXXX XXXX the documentation from my bank showing that this had been settled, and they responded by going back to XXXX who told them to ignore this documentation and continue pursuing me for this money.
