I have been requesting, since XX/XX/2021, verification of these alleged debts that they keep reporting on my credit files. However, this company has failed to investigate & obtain, as mandated by law, proof of such debts. Yet, they have continued to report & sell erroneous information about me. Therefore, it is quite obvious that theyhave deliberately violated my rights in more than one way which is punishable by law.
