I have mailed in the correct id documents and nothing got fixed, so I am attaching my social security card and driver 's license here for Equifax, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX to remove all incorrect addresses off of my credit report. The only address that should be on my credit report is : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX Please remove all other addresses, or just keep the one on my driver 's license if you must, but remove all other addresses which are INCORRECT and I never lived at the other places. Thanks
