On XX/XX/2021 I sent a certified verification letter to Accelerated Financial Services for an account totaling {$2500.00} they have been reporting on my credit report. I did not receive and response or validation of the account. I then sent a second certified on XX/XX/2021 asking again for the validation on the account and still no response. I have not received : XXXX. Provide a copy of the original contract that you have with the original creditor XXXX. Notarized letter of transfer of permission to collect debt XXXX. Verification that this debt was assigned or sold to Accelerated Financial Services. XXXX. Prove ownership of the debt/ original application for debt XXXX. How the amount is calculated/ full itemized debt from accounting/ last original billing statement XXXX. Does your firm have a debt collection license from my state? XXXX. Proof you have purchased the debt for the original creditor and have authority to collect on the debt. XXXX. If not, say why not, if so provide the date of the license, name on the license, license number and the name and address and telephone number for the state agency issuing the I have also disputed this account with XXXX and XXXX without any answers. I would like to also request a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information.
