I have personally disputed 3 x a debt with Pro Collect collection agency and XXXX XXXX. I moved out of XXXX and received a great response on my move out report. They claimed they had to replace a 10x15 piece of carpet due to a small stain. They refused to show me the video they take on XXXX and refused to give me the carpet with supposed stain and henceforth refused my deposit refund. Now theyve assigned the debt to Pro Collect of which I disputed the debt and they failed to validate and prove the claim rather they just send me documentation on original name of Creditor. I want this removed from my credit bureau or should I seek legal action?
